I'm Susy and I'm a self-published author and primary school teacher. I'm also a mum of two young children who are my inspiration behind my books. In fact, it's fair to say, Old MacDonald's Dinosaur Park was really an idea formed by my (then) 2-year-old son.

As a family, we adore books and read every single day. My children also have a passion for everything related to dinosaurs and as a result of reading countless fact books with them, I've admittedly become fascinated myself! So, I decided to make our sing-along songs into books that can hopefully be enjoyed by many other mini dinosaur-enthusiasts.

As an educator and as a parent I'm passionate about inspiring a love of reading and this can begin at a very early age. So I hope my books can be enjoyed by even the youngest minds to inspire them to keep picking up books and discover a love for reading as they grow!
